- 10 perilla leaves
- 1 serving of cooked rice
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1/2 can of tuna
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds

Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly and blanch them in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 5 seconds.
Immediately transfer the blanched leaves to cold water to cool, then squeeze out excess water.
Mix the cooked rice with salt, sesame oil, and crushed sesame seeds.
Combine the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to make the tuna paste.
Place a perilla leaf with the underside facing up, add a portion of rice and tuna paste, then wrap tightly.
