    • 150g all-purpose flour
    • 3g baking powder
    • 🧂 2g salt

    • 70g vegetable oil
    • 🍬 120g sugar
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 3g vanilla extract

    • 60g sprinkles
    • 30g sprinkles for topping

Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt using a whisk.

In another bowl, combine vegetable oil and sugar. Whisk for about 30 seconds.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the oil mixture. Break the yolk and whisk for another 30 seconds.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Fold gently using a spatula.

Add 60g of sprinkles to the dough and fold gently.

Divide the dough into 10 portions, approximately 45–47g each. Roll into balls.

Roll the top of each ball in the extra 30g of sprinkles for decoration.

Place the balls on the baking tray and gently flatten them. Shape them into circles.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until the bottoms turn light brown.

Cool the cookies on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store in the refrigerator if keeping for more than a day.
