- Vegetables - 10cm nagaimo, thinly sliced
 
- Dairy - 🧀 60g shredded pizza cheese
 
- Condiments - 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
 
- Herbs - 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
ШАГИ
Slice the nagaimo into thin slices, about 5mm thick.
Layer half of the nagaimo slices in a heatproof dish. Drizzle with half the olive oil, sprinkle half the shredded pizza cheese, and season with black pepper.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining nagaimo, olive oil, cheese, and black pepper.
Bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
