ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🍄 3-4 cups bite-sized mushrooms
 - 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
 - 🌰 2-3 radishes sliced (optional)
 
Leafy Greens
- Fresh spinach leaves
 - Vitamin-rich greens
 - Fresh lettuce leaves
 - Fresh romaine lettuce
 
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 2-3 pinches ginger powder (optional)
 - A pinch of pepper
 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 2-3 tbsp olive oil
 
ШАГИ
Mix the seasoning ingredients to prepare the teriyaki sauce. If using fresh ginger, extract the juice.
Cut mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add mushrooms to the pan, starting with firmer ones. Sauté on medium heat until golden, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
Pour 1-2 tbsp of the prepared teriyaki sauce over the mushrooms. Adjust the amount based on taste.
Cook until mushrooms are glossy and well-seasoned.
Slice radishes and wash leafy greens thoroughly, shaking off excess water.
Arrange leafy greens and radishes on a plate.
Place the cooked mushrooms on top of the greens.
Mix 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Drizzle over the salad or use balsamic cream for decoration.
