- 1 block acorn jelly
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Cut the acorn jelly into bite-sized cubes. Shred the lettuce, julienne the carrot, thinly slice the onion, and slice the cucumber into long strips.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sesame oil, black pepper, crushed sesame seeds, sugar, and minced garlic.
Combine the vegetables and acorn jelly in a bowl. Add the seasoning sauce and gently mix to avoid breaking the jelly. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
