ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
 - 1/2 bunch mizuna
 - 1 tbsp dried wakame
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 
Dressing
- 1/2 stalk minced green onion
 - 2 tsp ground white sesame
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt for dressing
 - 2 tsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
ШАГИ
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces and mince the green onion. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water and drain well.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Boil water in a pot, add the pork, and cook until the color changes. Drain the pork.
Combine mizuna, wakame, and pork with the dressing in the bowl and mix well.
