ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Main - 200g thinly sliced pork loin (10 pieces)
- 2 pickled plums
- 8 shiso leaves
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Salad oil as needed
 
- Coating - 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
 
- Vegetables - 40g shredded cabbage
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
 
ШАГИ
Spread a thin layer of salt and pepper on the pork slices.
Place shiso leaves and a small amount of pickled plum paste between two slices of pork to create layers.
Coat the layered pork with flour, then dip it into beaten egg, and finally cover it with sesame seeds.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the coated pork layers until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with shredded cabbage and cherry tomatoes as garnish.
