ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
 - 2 chili peppers
 - 🧅 3 cm green onion
 
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp water
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp red pepper powder
 - 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
ШАГИ
Wash 1/4 head of cabbage and place it in a pot with water. Cover and bring to a boil.
While the cabbage is boiling, prepare the seasoning. Mince 2 chili peppers and 3 cm of green onion, then add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Mix 5 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, and 1 tbsp sesame oil into the minced ingredients.
Once the cabbage starts boiling, flip it over, turn off the heat, and leave it covered for 5 minutes.
Rinse the cabbage in cold water for 10 seconds, then drain the excess water.
Serve the cabbage wraps with the prepared soy sauce seasoning. Optionally, chill in a plastic wrap for enhanced flavor.
