Main Ingredient
- 200g rice cakes
Sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
ШАГИ
Soak the rice cakes in water or rinse them and microwave for 2 minutes.
Lightly coat the rice cakes with oil and pan-fry until slightly crispy.
Mix the sauce ingredients (gochujang, ketchup, garlic, plum extract, corn syrup) in a bowl.
Heat the sauce in a pan over low heat until it thickens.
Skewer the rice cakes and brush them generously with the sauce.
Serve the skewers as a snack or appetizer.
