ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 3 tsp chili powder
- a pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
ШАГИ
Drain the tofu to remove excess water.
Slice the tofu into even pieces and pan-fry on both sides until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, water, chili powder, black pepper, sugar, corn syrup, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the fried tofu in the pan.
Simmer on low heat, occasionally spooning the sauce over the tofu, until the sauce is absorbed.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
