- 500g bean sprouts

- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder

Prepare bean sprouts by either using pre-made seasoned sprouts or quickly boiling them for 10-15 minutes.
Mix ground pork with minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Massage the mixture thoroughly.
Stir-fry the marinated pork in a pan until fully cooked.
Layer cooked rice in a bowl, then top with bean sprouts and stir-fried pork.
For freshly boiled bean sprouts, season with soy sauce and chili powder before serving.
