ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1 bag soybean sprouts
- 1/2 radish, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 10 cups water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
ШАГИ
Heat a wide pan and add sesame oil. Adjust the amount based on the pan size.
Slice the radish into thin strips.
Add the radish to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened. Add a pinch of salt and continue stir-frying.
Push the radish to one side of the pan.
Add the washed soybean sprouts next to the radish.
Pour water into the pan until the radish and sprouts are submerged.
Cover the pan and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add salt to taste at the end.
Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving for added flavor.
