ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 dried chili
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Enough cooking oil for frying
Kkanpung Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- A dash of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of black sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Prepare all ingredients and chop the green onion finely.
Cut tofu into square cubes, season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel and coat lightly with starch.
Heat a pan with enough oil and fry tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides.
In a separate pan, heat oil, add crushed dried chili and green onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and toss quickly to coat evenly. Finish with sesame oil and black sesame seeds.
