    • 🍚 3 cups cooked rice
  • Seafood

    • 5-6 tbsp fish roe
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 6-7 lettuce leaves
    • 1.5 handfuls chopped kimchi
    • 4 pieces pickled radish
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • Toppings

    • To taste seaweed flakes

Rinse the fish roe with water, then rinse again with water mixed with a bit of rice wine to remove any fishy smell. Drain and set aside.

Mix the chopped kimchi with sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, and chili powder. Toss well to coat evenly. Chop the pickled radish and lettuce into small pieces.

Coat the bottom of a clay pot with sesame oil. Add the cooked rice and heat over medium heat until you hear a sizzling sound. Reduce to low heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Top the rice with the prepared ingredients: fish roe, seasoned kimchi, chopped radish, lettuce, and seaweed flakes. Mix everything together before serving.
