ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets horse mackerel
- 1/2 burdock root
- 1 piece ginger
- potato starch as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 umeboshi plums
ШАГИ
Cut horse mackerel into halves and coat both sides with potato starch.
Wash burdock root thoroughly, slice diagonally into 5mm pieces, and soak in water. Slice ginger thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add horse mackerel, cook until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat until done. Remove from pan.
Add ginger, burdock, and seasonings (water, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, umeboshi) to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until burdock softens.
Return horse mackerel to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
