- 🦑 1 whole cleaned squid
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1/2 tbsp chili paste
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tsp sesame oil

Make 1cm cuts on one side of the squid.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and sear the squid on high heat for 2 minutes, flipping occasionally.

Reduce to medium-low heat and brush the squid with the seasoning, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
