ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 block firm tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, julienned
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Slice the tofu into thick pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Season lightly with salt and coat with cornstarch.
Julienne the green onion and soak in water, rinsing several times to remove the sharp taste. Drain well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu pieces until golden brown on both sides.
Mix chili powder, sugar, sesame seeds, vinegar, salt, and sesame oil to create the sauce. Toss the julienned green onion in the sauce.
Plate the fried tofu and top with the seasoned green onion mixture.
