ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
 - 🥕 1/2 carrot
 - 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
 
Pickling Liquid
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
 - 🧂 1 tsp salt
 - 100 ml vinegar
 - 1 piece ginger
 - 💧 50 ml water
 
ШАГИ
Prepare the vegetables: peel the cucumber in stripes, cut into thirds horizontally, then quarter vertically. Slice the carrot into six vertical pieces. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes and pierce each with a toothpick 2-3 times. Peel and julienne the ginger.
Mix the pickling liquid ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add the prepared vegetables to the hot pickling liquid, mix well, cover loosely, and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
