    • 🧄 60g fresh garlic
    • 🧂 2 tbsp sea salt
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1.5 tbsp fine chili powder
    • 3 tbsp rice syrup
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Trim the flower stalks from garlic scapes and cut them into 4–5 cm pieces. For garlic, use whole small cloves or halve larger ones.

Boil water and add 1 tbsp coarse salt.

Blanch garlic scapes and garlic for 10–25 seconds depending on your preference for spiciness. Immediately rinse in cold water.

Rinse garlic scapes and garlic 2–3 times in cold water and let them cool completely.

Shake off excess water thoroughly before seasoning.
