ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/3 head kimchi
- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 handful glass noodles
Seasonings
- 1-2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌱 1/2 green onion
- to taste black pepper
Broth
- sufficient anchovy broth
ШАГИ
Prepare the broth by boiling anchovies, kelp, and dried pollack for 20 minutes.
Prepare all ingredients by chopping and measuring them.
In the prepared broth, add kimchi, onion, and fish cake. Bring to a boil.
Add red pepper flakes and cooking wine to the pot. Stir well.
Once the stew is boiling, add minced garlic and the soaked glass noodles.
When the glass noodles are almost cooked, add the chopped green onion.
Taste the broth and adjust the seasoning with salt or soy sauce as needed.
Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper and serve hot.
