ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

    • 🍆 3 eggplants
  • Oil

    • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 1/2 tbsp miso
    • 💧 100 ml water

Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the eggplants skin-side down and cook for about 2 minutes until the oil is absorbed, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the ☆ seasoning mixture to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the eggplants soften. Remove the lid and cook until the liquid reduces and thickens.
