Broth
- Anchovies for broth
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- Chopped green onion
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
ШАГИ
Add anchovies to a pot and boil to make broth.
Prepare ingredients: thinly slice the potato, chop the onion and green onion.
Remove anchovies from the broth and add potato and onion. Cook until tender.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with chopped green onion.
Add soy sauce and minced garlic to the soup.
Once the potato is cooked, pour the egg mixture into the soup. Avoid stirring to keep the broth clear.
