- 🌽 2 boiled corn cobs
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🥛 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- Parmesan cheese powder, as needed
- Parsley powder, as needed
- Chili powder, as needed
ШАГИ
Steam the corn in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes after it starts boiling.
Cut the boiled corn cobs in half.
Mix milk, sugar, and mayonnaise in advance.
Melt butter in a pan and add the pre-mixed sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Add the corn to the pan and roll it around to coat evenly with the sauce. Remove once the sauce is absorbed.
Insert skewers into the corn and sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder generously.
Sprinkle parsley powder and chili powder to taste. Adjust chili powder based on your spice preference.
