- 🥬 1/2 napa cabbage
- 🥬 1–2 bok choy
- 🍄 1 cup mushrooms
Broth
- 1/4 cup dried seaweed
- 1 coin stock cube
- 💧 2 cups water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
ШАГИ
Prepare the broth by boiling water with Yeondu seasoning and a coin stock cube.
Add napa cabbage and dried seaweed to the pot and simmer until softened.
Add bok choy, mushrooms, and the remaining broth. Stir in minced garlic and mirin.
Finish with a spoonful of Yeondu seasoning and let it simmer briefly before serving.
