- 3 tbsp plum extract

Main Ingredient
- 2 handfuls doraji root

Prepare the doraji root by cleaning and peeling it.
Flatten the doraji root by pounding it gently with the back of a knife or a rolling pin.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, plum extract, soy sauce, garlic) into a smooth paste.
Lightly pan-fry the doraji root on low heat until slightly cooked on both sides.
Brush the cooked doraji root with the prepared seasoning paste.
Grill the doraji root until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving.
