Main Ingredients
- 1 bag dolnamul (spring greens)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Wash the dolnamul (spring greens) thoroughly and drain the water using a sieve.
Thinly slice the onion into strips.
Combine dolnamul and onion in a mixing bowl.
Add the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, red pepper flakes, sugar, minced garlic, vinegar, plum extract, sesame oil, sesame seeds) to the bowl.
Toss everything together until evenly coated with the seasoning.
