Essential Ingredients
- 🍗 110g chicken breast
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 90g paprika
- 🥕 20g carrot
- 10g chives
- A pinch of sesame salt
Doenjang Sauce
- 10g doenjang (soybean paste)
- 10g mustard
- 1.5 tbsp apple vinegar
- 🍬 8g sugar
- 🧄 4g minced garlic
ШАГИ
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
Boil the chicken breast in the same water for about 15 minutes.
Julienne the carrot and paprika, and cut the chives to match the length of the paprika.
Cool the chicken breast and shred it along the grain.
Mix all the Doenjang sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Combine the prepared ingredients with the sauce and toss well.
Plate the salad and sprinkle sesame salt on top for garnish.
