ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 1 handful ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 block large tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 green chili pepper
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soju
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Mix ground pork with minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and soju. Massage well to marinate.
Fry tofu in generous oil until golden and crispy.
Stir-fry marinated pork, then add onion, green onion, and chili pepper. Cook until fragrant.
Add fried tofu and 1 cup of water. Boil on high heat until bubbling.
Prepare the sauce: mix chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, doenjang, and oyster sauce. Add to the pan and stir well.
Mix cornstarch with water and pour into the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve the Mapo Tofu hot and enjoy!
