    • 10 perilla leaves
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Seasonings

    • 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp gochujang
    • 3 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 3 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp perilla oil
    • 0.5 tbsp curry powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 5 dashes black pepper
    • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Prepare the chicken breast by cleaning and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the onion, carrot, potato, perilla leaves, and cabbage into appropriate sizes. Slice the potato thinly.

Mix gochujang, soy sauce, red pepper powder, cooking wine, sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, curry powder, and perilla oil to create the marinade.

Massage the marinade into the chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated chicken, potato, onion, cabbage, and carrot over medium heat until all ingredients are fully cooked.

Add the perilla leaves at the end and adjust the seasoning with seasoned salt if necessary.
