    • 🧂 50g powdered sugar
    • 🥚 35g egg
    • 120g cake flour
    • 🌰 20g almond powder
    • 🍫 10g cocoa powder

  • Decoration

    • A small amount of crackers
    • 🍫 A small amount of white & dark chocolate
    • A small amount of food coloring

Divide the dough into two piping bags with star tips (195 & 857).

Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet as desired.

Refrigerate the piped cookies for 1 hour to minimize spreading.
