ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥒 1.5 cucumbers
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 3 tbsp chili powder
 - 💧 2 tbsp water
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - A pinch of sesame seeds
 - 🧂 1 pinch of salt
 
ШАГИ
Clean the cucumbers with coarse salt and rinse thoroughly.
Slice the cucumbers roughly into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into similar-sized pieces as the cucumber.
Place the sliced cucumber and onion into a mixing bowl.
Add all seasoning ingredients except sesame oil to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the seasoning coats the vegetables evenly.
Add sesame oil and mix again for a final touch.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later consumption.
