- 80g all-purpose flour

Wet Ingredients

- 🧈 30g butter
- 35g cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Soften butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Mix them until smooth. Add sugar and a pinch of salt, then mix well. Incorporate heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Sift the flour and add it to the mixture. Combine until a dough forms. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap. Use cookie cutters and stamps to shape the cookies. If the dough is sticky, sprinkle a bit of flour while working.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 12 minutes.
