Dry Ingredients
- 240g cake flour
- 🧂 40g sugar
- 🧀 26g parmesan cheese powder
- 2g baking powder
- 2g baking soda
Wet Ingredients
- 🧀 145g cold cream cheese
- 🥛 140g cold heavy cream
- 🌽 140g sweet corn, drained
ШАГИ
Mix the parmesan cheese powder, cake flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda together in a bowl.
Drain the sweet corn using a sieve to remove excess moisture.
Add the cold cream cheese to the dry ingredients and chop it into small pieces using a scraper, coating it with the flour mixture.
Pour in the cold heavy cream and mix until the dough starts to come together.
Add the sweet corn to the dough and gently fold it in until evenly distributed.
Scoop portions of the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150°C (300°F) and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
