    • 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang

Blanch the fish cake in boiling water for 10 seconds, then drain and remove excess water.

Wash the ripe kimchi to remove excess seasoning, squeeze out as much water as possible, and slice into similar sizes as the fish cake.

Mix all seasoning ingredients together and let it rest for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
