ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🌱 300g bean sprouts
 - 200g radish, sliced
 - 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, chopped
 - 1/2 red chili, sliced
 
Liquid
- 💧 1.5L water
 
Seasoning
- 🦐 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
 - 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt
 
ШАГИ
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly and remove excess water.
Slice radish thinly, chop green onion and red chili. Add extra green chili for spiciness if desired.
In a pot, add 1.5L water, 1 tbsp fermented shrimp, and 2 tbsp anchovy sauce.
Add sliced radish and boil on high heat. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 3 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt to taste.
Add chopped green onion and red chili. Simmer briefly to finish.
