- 1/2 head napa cabbage
- Chopped green onion
Seafood
- 2 cups clams
Condiments
- 2 tbsp homemade doenjang
- 2 tbsp commercial doenjang
- Soy sauce to taste
Spices
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Broth
- 6 cups anchovy broth
- 5 cups rice water
ШАГИ
Prepare the napa cabbage by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Defrost clams if frozen and rinse them thoroughly.
Mix anchovy broth and rice water in a pot and bring to a boil.
Add homemade and commercial doenjang to the boiling broth and stir until dissolved.
Add the napa cabbage to the pot and cook until tender.
Add the clams to the pot and cook until they open.
Add minced garlic and simmer for a few minutes.
Season with soy sauce to taste and adjust the flavor with additional broth or water if needed.
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
