    • 🧂 2 pinches salt
    • 2 pinches ground pepper

    • 🌰 40g almond slices
  • Sauce Ingredients

    • 💧 3 tbsp water
    • 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
    • 0.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp corn syrup

Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

Season the chicken with salt and ground pepper.

Prepare almond slices.

Mix water, sugar, chili powder, minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and ground pepper to make the sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken on high heat for about 4 minutes.

Remove excess oil using a kitchen towel.

Add the sauce and cook on medium heat until it thickens.
