Meat
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 pieces baby cheese (60g)
Seasoning
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Frying
- 100cc salad oil

Cut the baby cheese into 5mm cubes.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken and seasoning ingredients thoroughly. Add the baby cheese and mix again. Divide into portions and shape into ovals.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the nuggets until cooked through and golden brown.
