Quesadilla Ingredients
- 🌮 1 tortilla
- 2 tbsp bulgogi
- 1/3 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 lettuce leaves
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧀 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Marinade Sauce
- 1/4 pear
- 1/4 apple
- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 green onion
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp honey
ШАГИ
Prepare the bulgogi by finely chopping the beef and mixing it with the marinade sauce ingredients. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.
Shred the cabbage and lettuce, and prepare the tortilla and mozzarella cheese.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated bulgogi with shredded cabbage until cooked. Push the mixture to one side of the pan.
Place the tortilla on the pan and spread half of the cooked bulgogi mixture on one side of the tortilla.
Add mozzarella cheese on top of the bulgogi and let it melt slowly.
Add shredded lettuce and cabbage on top, fold the tortilla in half, and pan-fry both sides until golden brown.
Cut the quesadilla into quarters using a bread knife and serve warm.
