ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 serving of buckwheat noodles
- Adequate amount of pickled kimchi
- 4 perilla leaves
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
ШАГИ
Wash the pickled kimchi and slice it into 1cm strips. Roll the perilla leaves and thinly slice them.
Boil the buckwheat noodles in boiling water and rinse them under cold water.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients with the noodles.
Place the noodles in a bowl and top with pickled kimchi, seaweed flakes, and perilla leaves.
Grind sesame seeds on top before serving.
