- 1 serving pasta
- Broccoli pesto as needed
- 🥦 Some boiled broccoli
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese as needed

Clean the broccoli and blanch it in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp salt for 1 minute. Rinse quickly in cold water to preserve taste, texture, and nutrients.
Prepare the broccoli pesto by blending blanched broccoli, garlic, nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and salt in a blender. Adjust olive oil quantity based on preference.
Cook pasta in boiling water with salt for about 10 minutes. Add olive oil to prevent sticking.
Mix the cooked pasta with broccoli pesto. Garnish with reserved boiled broccoli and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
