ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
 - 150g shishito peppers, trimmed
 - 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
 
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1/2 cup water
 
ШАГИ
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add diced potatoes and shishito peppers, stir well.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and water in a bowl, then pour over the vegetables.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover and cook for another 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
