- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 dashes black pepper
ШАГИ
Prepare 500g of ground beef. Choose lean beef for a healthier option.
Finely chop the onion, carrot, and green onion.
Add 2 eggs to the mixture.
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture.
Combine all ingredients thoroughly until evenly mixed.
Shape the mixture into round patties and flatten slightly.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Serve immediately or freeze leftovers for later use.
