    • 1/8 radish
    • 🧅 10cm green onion

    • 1.2 tbsp sesame oil

Peel and clean the radish, and remove excess blood from the beef using a paper towel.

Cut the radish into bite-sized pieces, mince the garlic, and slice the beef into smaller pieces. Marinate the beef with 0.1 tsp salt, 0.1 tsp pepper, and 0.2 tbsp sesame oil.

Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the marinated beef until its surface changes color.

Add the radish to the pot and stir-fry together with the beef.

Pour 3 cups of water into the pot and boil on high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes until the radish is tender.

Season the soup with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 0.1 tsp pepper, and 0.3 tsp salt. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add the green onion and boil briefly before serving.
