    • 🥩 100g beef
    • 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
    • 1 block curry
    • 2 cups anchovy kelp stock
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Slice the onion and chop the green onion.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion until translucent.

Add beef and seasoning ingredients to the pot and cook until the beef is fully cooked.

Pour anchovy kelp stock into the pot, bring to a boil, and add the curry block. Stir for 5 minutes until the curry dissolves.

Boil udon noodles in a separate pot for 2 minutes.

Place the cooked udon noodles in a bowl, pour the curry soup over them, and garnish with chopped green onion.
