    • 🥩 120g beef
    • 🥗 1/4 radish, sliced
    • 🍚 2 cups rice
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • 7 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧅 1 handful chopped spring onion

Soak 2 cups of rice for 2-3 hours. Add to a pot with 1 and 2/3 cups of water, ensuring the water slightly covers the rice.

Slice the radish and cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Layer the radish and beef on top of the rice in the pot. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, oligosaccharide, cooking wine, minced garlic, chili powder, sesame oil, and chopped spring onion) in a bowl.

Serve the rice bowl with the sauce on top and mix well before eating.
