Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
 - 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
 - 1/2 red bell pepper
 
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - 2 tsp sesame oil
 
Gochujang Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - Pinch of pepper
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
 - 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
 
ШАГИ
Cut broccoli into small florets and slice the stem into bite-sized pieces. Remove tough parts. Slice red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Place broccoli in a bowl with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces. Add sake and soy sauce, massage lightly, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix all ingredients for the gochujang sauce in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add the gochujang sauce and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
