ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
ШАГИ
Slice the green onions thinly into strips.
Boil the bean sprouts for 5 minutes with the lid open.
Rinse the boiled bean sprouts in cold water and let them sit in cold water briefly.
Drain the bean sprouts thoroughly and remove excess water.
Combine the drained bean sprouts and sliced green onions in a large mixing bowl.
Add minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, plum extract, chili powder, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and apple vinegar to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients well until the vegetables are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Serve the salad alongside grilled pork belly or as a side dish.
