- 🦑 2 whole squids
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 handful sliced green onion
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, julienned
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced green onions to create green onion oil.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the squid and stir-fry until caramelized.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry until well combined. Finish with sesame oil.
Fry eggs in a generous amount of oil over high heat until the edges are crispy and the yolk is semi-runny.
Assemble the dish by placing rice in a bowl, topping with stir-fried squid, and adding the fried egg. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
