- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp plum extract

ШАГИ
Prepare the ingredients: peel the onion, clean out the bell pepper, and peel the radish.
Cut the radish into small cubes, approximately 2cm by 2cm.
Mix the radish cubes with 1 tbsp of salt and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Rinse the salted radish cubes multiple times in cold water to remove excess salt.
Blend the bell pepper, onion, apple juice, plum extract, and cooked rice in a blender until smooth.
Mix the blended seasoning with the radish cubes until evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned radish into a container and let it ferment at room temperature for 24 hours.
